How We Grow
Since 1986, our family has been certified organic with both CCOF and the USDA—a commitment that takes time, energy, and care, but one we believe is worth it.
Our vegetables taste as amazing as they do because of the soil, and we go far beyond the minimum requirements to protect and enrich it year after year through regenerative farming.

Joe's Black Gold
Our homemade compost—Joe’s secret recipe—feeds the soil with rich organic minerals and nutrients for healthy, vibrant crops.
Hands-On Weed Control
Without herbicides, we use tractors where possible and hand-pull in hilly areas, letting beneficial weeds enrich the soil.
Water Stewardship
Our water is tested for safety and carefully managed, ensuring every harvest is clean, fresh, and responsibly grown.
Seed-to-Soil Nursery
Unlike most farms, we start all our crops from seed right here on the farm, giving us full control over quality and plant health.
Crop Rotation
By alternating crops, we naturally replenish the soil, boost flavor, and reduce pests without synthetic inputs.
Natural Pest Management
Instead of chemicals, we rely on beneficial insects like ladybugs and lacewings to protect our fields.

What's In Season
