    Quick Sautéed Zucchini

    Ingredients

  • Zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon (optional)
  • Parmesan (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Slice zucchini into half-moons or rounds.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook about 20–30 seconds.
  • Add zucchini and sauté 4–5 minutes until lightly browned but still firm.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a little grated parmesan if you like.
