Recipe
Quick Sautéed Zucchini
Ingredients
Zucchini
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Lemon (optional)
Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Slice zucchini into half-moons or rounds.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and cook about 20–30 seconds.
Add zucchini and sauté 4–5 minutes until lightly browned but still firm.
Season with salt and pepper.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a little grated parmesan if you like.
