Grilled Carrots in Foil

Ingredients
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Foil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the sliced carrots on a large piece of foil.
- Top the carrots with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the foil over the carrots and seal all the edges tightly to make a foil pack.
- Place the foil pack on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until the carrots are tender. Do not open or flip the foil pack while cooking.
- Carefully remove the carrots from the foil pack and move to a plate — the foil pack will be hot and steam will release when you open it.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
