    Grilled Carrots in Foil

    Grilled carrots in foil pack with garlic and herbs

    Ingredients

    • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • Foil

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Place the sliced carrots on a large piece of foil.
    3. Top the carrots with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    4. Fold the foil over the carrots and seal all the edges tightly to make a foil pack.
    5. Place the foil pack on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until the carrots are tender. Do not open or flip the foil pack while cooking.
    6. Carefully remove the carrots from the foil pack and move to a plate — the foil pack will be hot and steam will release when you open it.
    7. Serve warm and enjoy.
