Quick Garlic Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
- 1 lb sugar snap peas, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- Flaky salt and black pepper
- Squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook 20–30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the sugar snap peas and toss to coat. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bright green and just barely tender.
- Season with flaky salt and black pepper.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon and serve right away.
