Set against the peaceful backdrop of our family farm, this special gathering brings together community, cuisine, and the beauty of the season.
This time, we’re embracing the spirit of a Southern-style country cookout—with a gourmet twist. Expect a generous spread of reimagined comfort classics prepared with hyper-local, organic, and pasture-raised ingredients—most of which are grown right here on the farm.

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Tony A. Bennett Jr., a revered culinary maestro whose Southern roots and global perspective promise a dining experience like no other. Originally from rural Danville, Virginia, Chef Tony infuses every dish with the warmth and hospitality of the South—blended with culinary influences from his travels through Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Mexico, the Middle East, and South America.
With over 20 years in the culinary world, Chef Tony has cooked for elite yachts, high-ranking military officials, pro athletes, and celebrities. His accolades include the Mid-Atlantic Cooking Competition medal, 1st place Vegan Award from NCAAWA, and recognition among the top 1% of cooks during military service. He’s also a proud contributor to the Bad Boys of Culinary Foundation, mentoring the next generation of chefs.
At our Summer Farm Dinner, Chef Tony will craft a Southern-inspired, globally seasoned menu that pays homage to tradition while celebrating the bounty of our region.
