- Pizza dough, enough for two pizzas
- 1 to 1 ½ c. of cilantro pesto (Cilantro Pesto)
- 1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 2-3 large heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ c. fresh parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. feta cheese
- Place on cookie sheet or stone
- Spread with cilantro pesto and top with tomatoes.
- Sprinkle chicken on pizza, and top with parmesan and feta.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
- Makes two pizzas.
