- 3 large beef steak tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and minced
- 1 red onion, minced
- 2 cups cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- Sea salt to taste
