- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup sorrel
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1 orange peeled (reserve 1 inch peel)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup liquid of your choice: Water or non-dairy milk.
- 1 Tbsp. Lucuma powder*
- 1 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients including the reserved orange peel.
- Serve immediately
