- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5 cups water
- 1 lemon
- Place sugar and 1 cup water in a medium sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
- Next add sugar water to a large pitcher, add remaining 4 cups of water, lemon juice and strawberries.
- Place in refrigerator 3-5 hours to chill.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices.
