- 1 head of lettuce
- 4 radishes
- 4 carrots
- 1 pint of strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Wash and chop lettuce, radishes, carrots and strawberries.
- Add vegetables and fruits to a large bowl, top with pecans (toasted pecans add a great flavor to this salad).
- In a small bowl add juice from one lemon, honey and olive oil.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
