1 bunch broccolini
1/4 cup mild vinegar
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bunching onions
1/4 cup fresh minced dill
1/4 cup sliced red radishes
Mix the above ingredients except broccolini in a medium bowl.
Let sit a room temperature.Steam or boil broccoli for 5 minutes.
To retain bright green color, plunge the cooked broccoli into a bowl of ice cold water, then drain.
Add to dressing herb mix and toss.
