- 1 package penne (ancient harvest is a great GF option)
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups basil
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1⁄4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2-4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook penne according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, add all other ingredients into food processor.
- Add water to reach desired consistency.
- Drain pasta and pour sauce on top.
- Serve hot or cold.
