- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut Spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seeds.
- Oil the insides of the squash and place on a baking sheet face down.
- Cook for 40-50 minutes depending on the size.
- While squash cooks, heat or make spaghetti sauce.
- To assemble simply place sauce inside of squash and serve.
