- 1 tsp. matcha powder(green tea powder)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup fresh mint leave
- 1/2 lemon
- ¼ of a cucumber
- 2 cups of water
- Heat water until hot, just before a boil, remove from heat and stir in matcha powder.
- Slice cucumbers and lemons and add those to a large bowl.
- Add frozen strawberries and mint, pour matcha into bowl and stir.
- Serve right away or allow flavors to blend in the refrigerator.
- Makes two 16oz servings.
