- 3-4 leeks, chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 cup whole grain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 lg apple, cored and course chopped
- salt and pepper
- butter to grease baking dish
- Gently saute the leeks in 3 Tbsp olive oil. Add the remaining ingrediants except the butter.
- Grease an oven proof dish.
- Pour in the mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
