Here’s a recipe from CSA member Ann Marie. She says even her husband loved it! Something to go with hamburgers or steak (instead of French fries or baked potatoes).
Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse and dry kale.
In a large bowl, pour 1-2 TBS of olive oil over the kale and toss.
Then lay out on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until kale is crispy.
