1 bunch kale, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 c. organic peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce or Braggs Amino Acids
½ c. Cranberries
Heat oil, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add kale and cook until soft or desired tenderness.
In another bowl, use a whisk to mix peanut butter with soy sauce and water.
Add more or less water to make the sauce at the thickness you’d prefer.
Top the greens with the peanut sauce, mix in the cranberries and serve warm.
Instead of adding cranberries at the end, add hot pepper flakes as desired.
