Pour enough boiling water over the beans just to cover. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
PREP: Meanwhile, crumble the tofu with a fork or bean masher. Have chopped onions at hand. With a garlic press, mash the cloves of garlic over the chopped onions.
After simmering the beans for 4 minutes, add a big handful of Himalayan golden raisins. Stir. Cover. Simmer for 1 minute.
Strain the beans and raisins
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in same heavy pan. Saute onions and garlic until very lightly carmelized
Add the crumbled tofu and heat thoroughly
Add the green beans and raisins and stir well. Serve with a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with kale chips and sesame seeds
