[Your will need a high speed blender]
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 6 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 fresh dill stems with leaves (remove stems and use leaves only)
- Place all ingredients except dill sprigs into a high speed blender.
- Blend on highest speed until creamy.
- Add dill sprigs and blend on medium speed until sprigs are well chopped.
- Can be used as a veggie dip or a salad dressing.
