The amounts in this recipe are estimations only. Feel free to make the recipe to your taste (for example, more or less cilantro; more or less garlic, etc.). It’s a great way to use up a bunch of cilantro.
- ¼-1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 c. fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 c. Olive Oil
- ½ c. Pine Nuts
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
- Whirl all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
