- 2 avocados, pitted and insides scooped out
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Almond butter
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- Blend all of the ingredients for the pudding in a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
- Spoon the pudding into the jars or cups.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool or eat at room temperature.
- Makes 3-4 serving, depending on the size.
