Here’s another kid-friendly way to use up those greens.
1 bunch kale or other deep leafy green
2-3 cloves garlic
½ c. chopped raw walnuts
½ c. cranberries
¼ c. feta cheese
Heat oil, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
dd kale and cook until soft or desired tenderness.
Remove from heat and add cranberries, walnuts and feta.
