- 2 leaves of chard
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. Walnuts
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
- ¼ cup of your favorite granola
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add additional milk if needed, but you want this to be very thick, so you can eat it with a spoon.
- Pour into a bowl and eat with a spoon.
