2-4 leafs of kale
1 cup blackberries
1 orange, peeled
1 inch piece of orange peel
3/4 cup water
3-4 ice cubes
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1-2 scoops protein powder
Add all ingredients to any blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
